SMS terms

These terms cover the text messages Launch Lantern sends about its own service.

The program

Launch Lantern texts, from Launch Lantern, a trading name of [Legal name as on the Brand record], [Street address as on the Brand record, City, ST ZIP].

What the texts are

If you ask for texts on our Enquiry Form, we send:

• follow-up on your enquiry about Launch Lantern's AI Sales Agent service;
• answers to your questions in a two-way conversation;
• confirmations and reminders of an intro call you book with us.

If you text us first without agreeing to texts, we reply in that conversation only. If you book an intro call by phone, we text you only its confirmation and a reminder.

Who sends them

Texts come from Launch Lantern's number, (606) 543-0104. They may be sent by an automated system and written by an AI, which says it's an AI in its first text.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or just ask us to stop) to any text. You'll get one text confirming it, then nothing more from Launch Lantern by text, call or email.

Good to know

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You don't have to agree to texts to buy from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your information is in our privacy policy. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Our clients' texts

The businesses we work with text their own customers through us. Those texts are sent under each business's own Brand and campaign and governed by that business's SMS terms, not these.
