About Launch Lantern

Why it exists

Home-services businesses lose enquiries while they're on jobs. A homeowner asks about a new furnace in the evening, and by the time anyone gets back to them, they may have called someone else. An AI Sales Agent can follow up those enquiries straight away, under the business's own name.

We're new, and we'll say so.

We're new. Launch Lantern is a small business that has just started, so there are no testimonials, logos or numbers here. The Sales Agent itself is the evidence.

Under your name, never ours

Your texting is registered under your own business name. Each business texts under its own registered brand and campaign, never Launch Lantern's.

Each business we work with contacts its own customers under its own name. We never sell or share contact details.

What's always true

• It always says it's an AI: on every call, in its first text, and in every email.
• Every call is recorded, and it says so.
• One stop request ends calls, texts and email to that person.
• It contacts only people who asked you or whom you supply. We never buy lists.
• For US businesses and US phone numbers only.
